Owner Kelly Howell is capable of doing good work. However, some of the people he uses as labor on his jobs are less desirable. He claimed he had liability coverage and would provide a certificate of insurance. He failed to produce any documentation. In the end he abandoned the job. He stopped answering his phone or returning calls. After locating him at his residence, he claimed he was quitting construction and letting his insurance lapse. You are taking too big of a gamble with this guy.
