NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH Augie Arroyo!
Hired to renovate several deteriorating parts of our house, this contractor never finished a single job, but kept moving to the next job and always asking for more money. They used cheap materials and did sloppy work with poor craftsmanship. Blamed problem areas on faulty products. Damaged brand new products, they were supposed to install. Tore down my deck without making sure he had the materials and capability to re-build it. After 6-months of constant arguments with the contractor to just finish the work he had promised us, we terminated the contract and requested our money back for work not performed and materials never provided. Instead the contractor chose to stop answering emails, texts, and calls. Augie Arroyo is a liar, a cheat, and a thief. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HIM!

Took money and never finished a single project. Kept making excuses, lying. Every single thing he did had to be torn out. Licensed electrician, licensed plumbers, tile experts, structural engineers all said work was done wrong and made entire house unsafe to live in. Augie is an expert in theft and fraud. Presented self as a general contractor but doesn’t have a license of any kind!!! He continues to cheat residents of Knoxville and surrounding areas and do shoddy work in their homes.
Think handcuffs will fit you well, jail colors to compliment the thief and lier you are!!!
