    I had a slab leak behind my master bathroom vanity. Their plumber came out and fixed the leak. My project manager was Ray Garcia and he had his crew re-do the drywall, paint and put the vanity back. Then he had the carpeting cleaned. In spite of being a traumatic experience, everything went very smoothly and I would recommend them highly. Everyone was courteous and professional.

    Honestly the worst company. So unprofessional. First they want you to sign a contract before even explaining the process. They also damage my floor and refrigerator, and when we confronted them they denied it. We have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a call back with no response. We had to have someone else come in to finish the work they started, one week in and they are almost done. What a difference.

    Emergency repair bathroom ceiling.

    I had a water line leak in my bathroom ceiling which was repaired by my plumber and then the emergency crew of Solid Restoration came out the same day and put in fans and heaters to run for 72 hrs. to dry everything out. They also checked all the walls and floors to make sure the leak had not gone any further.
    Three days later Noberto and Marcello came out and put in a new ceiling and repainted. They laid down heavy paper to cover the floors and carpeted stairs so that cleanup was very easy. They were courteous and professional in every way and I would definitely recommend this company!

    Kitchen restoration

    From start to finish-An absolutely awful experience .

    There was no communication, blatant dishonesty, disrespect for my family and property, sloppy work that had to be re-done multiple times, unprofessional unskilled workers and their disorganization was staggering.

    They did add-ons before I agreed on a price or signed a contract. My insurance co gave me the original recommendation but couldn't help when the problems began. We agreed to have a Better Business Bureau mediation to work out a settlement but before they scheduled it, they put a lien on my property. I am so disappointed I put trust in these people.

    I have almost 100 photos. Consider using someone else because I can't see any scenario this group could complete a project properly. I'm not sure how they got the good reviews but somethings fishy...

    It is fortunate that this client makes a habit of posting false information, has her friends and family write nasty reviews in an attempt to not pay her bills. And she's correct, we have over 100+ 5 star reviews across social media.
