The install went reasonably well. There were extensive delays but given the material shortage and covid in general, I think it was to be expected. After about 3 months of going live, we noticed our utlity bill rates had no savings. After going online we could see our system had a failure and was no longer connecting to the grid. I contacted DAVID GYLLENHAMMER and he indicated he would try to send someone out that afternoon. No one came. I have called, emailed and followed up every two days thereafter and absolutely no reply. Our system cost us approximately 120K and took 1 year. I would not recommend them to anyone.
