Called this place for an estimate on replacing our aging heating and air conditioning units in our two-story home. They stopped by the next day, evaluated our home and gave us an estimate and a bill. I asked what the bill was for, and they said they charge for estimates, but they will remove it from our bill if we move forward with them. I've never heard of this. I still had to get other estimates, but felt they were trying to force us to go with them. I wish they would have told me ahead of time that they charge, I would've never called them. I'm shocked!

I don't even know where to turn for help. I have a project that was stopped in the middle until we pay more. These incompetent people don't even show up the times they say they will and the work seems shoddy at best. I went and talked to our city hall for help, and it turns out Solo Air didn't even apply for a permit like they said they would. Now I'm dealing with city hall and this company in a home without a properly working heating and cooling unit. I'm so angry, but I don't even know what to do.
