Mickens claimed to have repaired my ac November 2019 and I paid him aporox. $600. plus. Due to cool weather, he was unable to test ac. July 2020, ac did not work and Mickens was called again. After two days of analyzing ac and paying approx. $250. plus Mickens stated a new motor was needed. His text: "I found a used unit with one year warranty. I will discount the price of the motor your cost would be $775.00. A new system will be $1,875.00 with 10 year parts warranty." I request My previous payments to him to be returned as the ac he claimed to have repaired did not work. He has not returned any communication. He also spent 3/4's of the time gossiping on his cell phone about himself and other business activities. Mickens is extremely unprofessional and incapable of working in this profession.
