We purchased a townhome that Solstice Homes owners are building under Klaim LLC. We entered into our purchase agreement in August 2022 and almost 10 months later they have yet to pour a slab. Mason Dutton has refused to produce a reasonable construction schedule and our request for return of our deposit have gone unanswered. I recommend that anyone considering buying into a Solstice Homes project do their homework. Lots of red flags I wish I had seen sooner.
