If I could have left 0 stars I would have. I have had a complete nightmare with this company! I hired Solutions Heating & Air to install a brand new unit which included the labor, install, reroute/install of new duct work, and assurance of proper operation. Since day 1 of the install, the new unit NEVER worked properly. I allowed Mr. Bowman and his 2-staff employees to attempt to fix the issues of the unit cutting off within an hour. After trying to work with Mr. Bowman and after 7 different days on 8 different occasions of his company trying to fix the poor and incompetent installation issues but FAILING (during severely cold weather and no offer on his behalf of heaters during this time period) - I requested the return of my original unit and full refund as promised on his "false" advertisement of guarantee of satisfaction or money back. The York manufacturer, 2 PROFESSIONAL HVAC companies, and the city inspector (which gave a failed report) confirmed the installation was not properly conducted/assessed and the unit itself was not defective. After lying and coldly refusing to refund me any money, even after giving me a written guarantee of a full refund if I gave him another opportunity (which I did), I had to take his company to Civil Magistrates Court in Lexington, SC where I was awarded and won a Judgment against his company for his Breach of Contract, Breach of Implied Warranties, and Negligence. Thankfully, my unit is now working because I had to hire a different competent and truly professional HVAC company to fix the poor installation and incompetent craftmanship skills of Solutions Heating & Air. I have had the most stressful, depressing, and traumatic experience with this company and MR. Bowman. Regardless of his defense to my factual review, I won a Judgement against the company because even the court of law agreed with me that he did not assure any proper operation by his cause of installation oversights. BEWARE of this company!! Go with a creditable HVAC professional that has SEVERAL years of experience and has not had any Complaints FILED nor Judgments AWARDED to the Plaintiff. Honesty, integrity, professionalism, and reputation are everything.
