We are not a fan. We would not recommend Martin Paredes and Admiral Heating and Cooling to anyone. The technician just blurted out what we owed and gave us a receipt with nothing itemized or explained at all. There is a discrepancy in the total we paid between the price of the part in addition to the service fee cost. We want to know what we paid the extra money for. We have reached out to Martin several times and have gotten no response. These are not good business practices and a very uncaring attitude towards his customers. Martin was paid and we are forgotten.

They quoted me a price and after I signed the estimate and gave them a 50% deposit, I received a call and a new estimate asking for more money, saying that they forgot to include an item. I refused the new deal and asked for my money back. They told me that I was going to get my deposit back in 1 week. After waiting for 3 weeks, the owner Murillo Santos finally sent me only 80% of my deposit, stating that he was going to keep a 20% for a cancellation fee. It was them who cancelled the agreement by asking more money and sending me a new estimate. It was their mistake not mine. Additionally, there is no cancellation fee mentioned in any of the estimates I received. I placed a complain with the Better Business Bureau and never received a response from the company. Now I am forced to go to court to get my money back. DO NOT USE APEX TOTAL CONSTRUCTION. DO NOT TRUST MURILLO SANTOS.

My 20 year old air conditioner broke down, I called Reef Air Conditioning, and they had a whole new system put in within 4 1/2 hours of my call,at a reasonable price. They are amazing !!!!! Many thanks to these folks.

I would highly recommend Axe General Contractors. We have a new house and the builder did not pitch the tile correctly in the shower. Axe General Contractors removed the old tile, pitched the shower correctly and installed new marble mosaic tile floor. I saw that they use Mapei and other high quality materials. Customer service was excellent, the workmanship was fantastic.

They also took my money and abandoned the job. I am left to complete it myself and Paid him in full. . How does Clent Emmanuel even live with himself. Never hire this person.

That company is the worst company ever, I don’t ask anyone to hire that company to do your job. They took your money and abandoned your job.

I have NEVER had such WONDERFUL service from any company in my life and I am 72. Martin is the most honest, caring, knowledgeable,competent, responsible provider I have ever know in any business. What a wonderful world this would be if everyone was like Martin.

Had them rebuild my pool. It came out splotchy, with big brown stains on sides & sides. Owner would never come back to redue. They replaced my deck with pavers, in a year it sunk, separated, and cracked. Very shoddy work, worst experience. Beware

Prices are reasonable, work is excellent , company is honest, response is on time workers are knowledgeable what more can you ask for

Axe general contractors were hired to do a kitchen remodel in November 2019 promised the job would be done before Thanksgiving 2019. It is now June 15, 2020 job is still not complete they took insurance money and cashed the check without my endorsement . Job is still not complete. I would not recommend hiring this company to anybody?? I feel taken advantage of by this company.
