I bought a wood burning stove from them and they lined the chimney for me. Their work was fine and they let me spread out my payments, not charging any interest.

Sondrini brothers did several projects for us : forensic work on our house to find a long standing leak... roofing/ chimney....
They did were very thorough , neat/clean , professional , slow, expensive, but did good work on completion. They prefer to 'section' work in phases, each phase of a job costing separately, sometimes different brothers take the lead in each phase..However, Nate makes sure everything is approved by you, meets standards and will discuss/suggest options. By the time you start one phase of deconstruction , you can't stop... so you have to pay the (higher?) price of the next one etc. Phases for the forensic work, made sense in that they were deconstructing to search for a water leak, but the end price was double the cost than I thought it would be when we started. They do multiple projects so that there can be some time delays between phases.
.
We also had them do some roofing, and chimney work which they did well, went faster, and nate made good suggestions . We were very happy with the roofing and chimney. We had them do two other estimates for us , one for drainage work, grading and surfacing of our driveway which based on their phase pricing....was over priced, and we had done for $2000 cheaper. We recently tried to build a two story addition to our house, had their architect draw up plans (which were paid for separately). AFter consulting with architect, Sondrini's estimate for the 2 story addition project was was more than the total estimated price of our already built house with 9 acres of land ..... and this cost out did even not include estimates of plumbing or electric costs.
We so we stopped the project with them. We will be searching for a reputable company, who is local, who will work with us in a timely way, and be more financially reasonable.

I can't recommend them, as we have had to patch and re-roof again since then. Don't know if it's realistic for them to have provided a longer-term solution, but I would have expected a "re-roof" or patch to last for more than 2 ½ years.
