I got the name of this company from the manufacturer of my air conditioner. It was after hours but I called anyway and actually got someone on the phone who sounded knowledgeable they said they would call the next day and fit me into the schedule which was exactly what he did. He was able to diagnose the problem and fix it right away he had all the parts he needed and was in fact as I expected knowledgeable plus very nice and helpful.
I give this company a five star plus.
