Alec did the design on our property when our home was under construction We had a patch of natural grass put in and have had so many issues with the sprinkler system for this grass. There have been at least a dozen breaks in the lines and leaks in the lines causing holes to form. We had Alec doing the monthly maintenance also, however, after a couple months we received notice that Sophora scape would no longer be doing the maintenance because they were too busy to keep up with this. I have made many attempts to reach Alec regarding the sprinkler problems, and he never gets back to me. The person who is currently doing the maintenance told me that Alec used very cheap hoses that were not meant for this sprinkler system and that is one of the reasons why we are having trouble with the system. Just beware of using this company!!

Alec did a horrible job interpreting what we wanted. There is definitely an issue with communication in this company. When a client asks for something his answer is always, “yes,” as if he could make the impossible possible but in reality he’s just leaving the customer unsatisfied.
If you have to work with this company and you want things done right then you should just plan on sitting with them and managing them personally because they don’t have any interest in giving their clients what they want, they just want to do it their way and get it finished.
