Sonny and his son came and diagnosed my AC unit and told me I needed a new one. They replaced my unit, and after a week it quit working. I called SOS and again Sonny and his son showed up and explained that it was a power issue from the power companies side, so I contacted them and they came out and everything was good from the their side. They were the first to tell me to beware of this company from what I was relaying to them what SOS told me. Turns out they put a 4 ton unit in my 1 to 1.5 ton max living space and duct size that is short cycled and stopped working. I had this confirmed by two different HVAC companies. Its been 6 months all through the summer and no solutions just empty texts and unanswered calls
