Absolute garbage! They installed an external dryer vent on my roof and it was the most childish and worst construction job I have ever seen. Hole cut in the roof wasn't straight, the vent was installed at an angle, and the lid on the vent was installed flush with the pipe so it was air tight. No hot air could escape! In the attic was a rectangle exhaust for the dryer so they put a round flexible exhaust on (should be solid 4" pipe) and then covered the voids with tape! Someone didn't go to preschool to understand round does not fit in square... Then the flexible exhaust was placed by a single screw on the inside of the roof that WASN'T EVEN IN THE HOLE OR VENT THEY INSTALLED! So all the dryer exhaust was shooting in the attic! The very problem they were sent to fix in the first place! If i didn't know any better, a 10yr old with a saw and some tape put this monkey job together. DO NOT DO BUSINESS!
