Absolute crook. He is a thief! do not engage in any business with this man as he will simply steal your money and not do the work.
He was contracted to do some work for us. we paid him his deposit up front as per the contract. He notified us of a start date, which he didn't actually adhere to. when we continually called him, to find out when he would start the work, he kept leading us on and postponing. He would not answer our calls, or text messages.
I can't believe that he is licensed. I will report this to the California board as he's unethical and has no integrity.

Do not work with Andrew Soto and Soto Tile and Marble. Terrible contractor. Paid him and he stopped showing up halfway through the job. Did not complete the job. No refund of the money I gave him. Left trash and dumpster on my property. When he did show up, all he did was bother the other contractors on the job site. The other contractors on the job site celebrated when he stopped showing up.
