I chose Soule Homes because they were local had my home built here in Oracle started out they quoted me at a price which was $25 per square foot lower ended up being a lot higher. I went ahead and let them build my home. The quality of work is very substandard was not offered a walk-through when my home was completed, many items in My Home are not to construction standards doors were not hung correctly windows are not square and straight. Walls are not plumb or lined correctly. I would not recommend this builder to build your home.
