I called South Coast Electric Inc for 1 of 3 estimates I needed for my electrical panel that needed replaced. Howard Hernandez was recommended to me by my nextdoor app. He is highly regarded by several "neighbors". Out of the three estimates needed, Howard made himself available between jobs and came the next day! It took weeks for the other two contractors. I found Howard to be very professional, friendly and a people person with a nice personality and very charismatic. He took a look at the box. In addition, he wondered about a loud humming sound - he discovered that the noise was coming from my generator and offered to fix it for free! (the other two contractors said nothing about the noise) I finally received the two additional estimates. All three estimates were very close in price. South Coast Electric was slightly lower, It basically comes to who I felt comfortable with. No question it would be Howard Hernandez. My panel replacement is currently on hold (due to insurance company) but if the repair is needed I will definitely call Mr. Hernandez with South Coast!
