I hired South Florida Crane and Cooling as they were the air conditioning company that American Home Shield provided to fix a problem with my old air conditioner. South Florida Crane and Cooling were hired to remove and install a new air conditioner on my roof in coordination with Evans Roofing. South Florida Crane and Cooling removed and installed the new air conditioner on August 13th. After the roofing portion was completed an inspection was scheduled. It was determined that South Florida Crane DID NOT pull the permit for the job. South Florida Crane was paid over $8200.00 for this job. On October 18th an inspection was done and it Failed because paperwork and an engineering report was not furnished. Dealing with South Florida Crane and Cooling has been a nightmare. Legal action will be.forthcoming against South Florida Crane and Cooling. Consumer Beware!
