This builder is very untrustworthy. I bought a house from him in the fall of 2014 and he offered a 1 year new home warranty. We had multiple things that needed repair or just needed to be finished. The builder was at first easy to get ahold of but as time went on he stopped answering my calls and texts and now I am stuck with a bunch of his shortcomings to fix myself. DO NOT BUY A HOUSE FROM THIS GUY!!!!!!
