John M. Southard
John remodeled the home we bought prior to us buying it. He left exposed pipe leading to the outside and missing blocks from the foindation and covered it up with drywall. Our entire finished basement flooded. He started to take responsibility then stopped. We have him on recording admitting fault. Now we are stuck with a 25k project he won't make right.
