Yearly service of air and heating systems.

They took my money but won’t provide any service. They won’t come out and I can’t even reach them by phone because they won’t answer. Don’t let these people take your money!

    HVAC Service

If you need something done now forget it. I paid $211.37 in March for my renewal for my service agreement. Made an app't for a May, 23. A couple of days before my app't they called said they couldn't do it then because some other people's air conditioners weren't working so they had take care of them first. Wonder if that was the real reason. After that our Comfort !! thermostat unit quit working for about 10 days. Called them to try and get help with it. They could care less and wouldn't help us. Finally it went back to working on it's own, somehow. June 11, finally our May 23 app't was realized. But not without cost. It will be about $183 for a capacitor replacement. Was supposed to be done today, June 14. But then they called and cried no can do because his vehicle was broken down. Can you believe that? I don't. I'm obviously one of their 3rd class citizens.

    $100

Terrible. Do not do business with these people. They don't show up when promised, rescheduling sometimes months out for routine work. Severely understaffed and not competent. Can't talk to anyone in charge. Forget it. Look elsewhere.

Annual contract. Needed help with unit not working
    $1,000

Absolutely horrible. I am a contracted commercial customer that had a problem with my outside unit. They "over diagnosed" the issue upwards of $1000+ and basically fraudulently lied to. Had a second option that fixed the problem for $140. SCAM. Then I received an invoice for them coming out to diagnose the pretend problem for $200. When I called to discuss this issue I was told that Misty would check into it and call me back. That was a week ago and I'm still waiting for that call back. I have called 3 times and told that she will call me back and she doesn't. BEWARE- do not work with this company until they get their act together.
