George was a pleasure to work with; he was punctual, worked hard every day, listened to my ideas (this was important to me), and answered my questions clearly. He addressed issues that came up when the old porch was opened (I had more carpenter ant damage than expected). He checked in with me at every step and the end result is a beautiful porch and a better, stronger house. I would hire Southeast Pro Decks again. George is an honest, hardworking guy.

They handled an absentee owner, me, really well. Made me aware of the plans as they progressed. Sent photos consistently. My tenant said the workers were very considerate for her. Work turned out great. Brought an old house, 100 years old, into the modern era by replaced the 40 year old cedar shingles with hardy plank. I've ask them to provide estimates for additional carpentry work and look forward to working more with them.
