Our home has a brand new air unit that was put in my Southern Air of Matthews. We have had it running a little over a month. Our compressor went out Saturday and today makes 5 days we have been without air. We were promised to have air yesterday. He came out to get my compressor and he leaves to go get the new one. After many many phone calls to him he finely shows up at my house at 10 p.m. He wasn't able to get my air fixed because he couldn't focus. He has very poor people skills. He doesn't clean up behind himself and acts like he has no clue as to what is going on. So, now we are still with no air because we still have leaks from where he tried putting the compressor in. Waiting for him to come back out first thing this morning. We are not very happy at all. You don't go to someone house and take the compressor and then get the new one and go home and go to sleep. And show up 6 hours later.
