Client originally hired a third-party coordinator responsible for project timelines and finish-out materials. Due to coordinator miscommunication and mis-management of project, Client hired another contractor to complete the project. Client Issues are not related to work completed prior to. Client has false accusations. Client has signed copy of contract explaining voided warranty work due to third party contractor hired by them. Again, client issues were work completed by others, even as stated in above review.

Owner
Brad did a home renovation in 2020. Due to poor communication and sporadic work schedule, we finally let Brad go in Nov 2020. Since he left some of the project unfinished; I had to hire other contractors to finish the shower, the counter tops, hardware and finishing details. Since that time, I've had to replace the shower pan and tile due to poor construction/installation, repair damage caused by leakage and the floor is uneven and splitting. I cannot express my disappointment enough.
