    Vinyl siding windows and an addition.

    I had Southern Garage Builders do vinyl siding new windows and a 14'x14' addition. The addition is sagging in the middle of the floor and there is not a square corner in it and the roof has leaked from the first time it rained. I called them several times and all they did was wait until my warranty ran out and then told me to go screw my self. BTW Andrew was supposed to be a friend of mine, can't imagine what he would do to a stranger. If you have ever taken a review serious please head my warning, this man will screw you in a heart beat and be smiling at you the whole time.

    This builder took clients money with no work performed (5) and left the rest of us (6) with little work performed to work performed that was substandard - no inspections - and won't pass county build codes. I know this because we the clients were brought together by pending litigation/bankruptcy Case # 3:16-bk-00348. Complaints filed by numerous clients with State of TN Contractor Board, BBB, Consumer Affairs. Business is insolvent, number disconnected and the business address is a home for sale MLS 1722913.

    Do not use this company for any of your projects. I hired Southern Garage Builders in The middle of 2015 and have paid over $26,000 and have been treated horribly. It is now December and my garage is still not complete and I can't get a hold of the owner. He has disconnected all of his phones and has not completed work that has been paid for. Do not use this company.
