Owner
We hired this company when we purchased a older home in Sumter South Carolina. We had them completely remove the popcorn ceilings and paint the entire of the house. As the owner was leaving on the last day of the large exoensive project, we once again stressed our concern to him that the paint on the moldings, door frames, chair rails, and cabinets was still not adhering and was very tacky. He told us it would cure in time. It has been one year and we have continually contacted him to repair this as well as a very large crack in our master bedroom ceiling. He kept blowing us off, saying he used quality paint, and, "what do you want me to do about it, I lost money on your job"? All we asked is he fix the issues. One year later and it is time to switch and bring this to court. I wish we had held payment until the paint cured...I bet it would have been taken seriously and been done 10 months ago. Be warned.
