    Southern Legacy met all my family's needs when it came to our home remodel. They were professional and quick, turning an outdated kitchen into the centerpiece of our home. I would certainly call on them again for any future work and recommend them to others.

    flood restoration
    $38,000

    Currently I am under contract with Southern Legacy. Due to the August flood, I had to find a contractor to restore my home and I thought Southern Legacy represented themselves to fit my needs. However, I feel that they have misrepresented themselves. It has now been over 5 months since the flood and after giving my contractor nearly 20,000, I am still not in a position to live in my home. I have sheet rock that is cracking at the seems, half finished installation of baseboards, casings and closet trim that has not been restored. There is much work that should be going at this time to enable me to live in my home that my contractor has not addressed. I feel that if my contractor would have not scheduled the work in my home as though it was "a new construction", I would have been in my home months ago. I am tired of excuses. He is quick to take the checks but slow to get what needs to be done for me to get back into my home. Very disappointed in this company.
