Two plus years ago we bought a small home. Once the home was placed, it sat for months and months without any progress. We were told so and so would be there in a certain day to do this or that. That was untrue. Later we found out they went out of business. We knew the contractor was sick which we were very sorry about. However, honesty and integrity was still expected. The other partner yelled at me for just asking for an update on the status. Spring of 2025 we were able to use our home. However, many things were left undone and left so dirty. There are many flaws that we will have to be worked on for some time. This experience was frustrating, unfair and no efforts made for resolve.
