Southern point construction had renovated my home in stone harbor new jersey. They had removed the whole roof and installed a new second floor along with gutting the entire first floor back to the studds. All the finishes were beyond perfection and the company's attention to detail and strive for perfection of there product the put out was incredible. As a homeowner I could not be more pleased and happy about my decision on selecting Southern Point Construction.

The work of Southern Point Construction is impeccable! The owner Michael DeBaun is extremely innovative with his detail to design. I looked at many other projects of his to get ideas. However, I wanted my own twist which he created to perfection. He is truly an artist. My mantel on my fire place proves it!!! Coastal Living should be looking up Michael DeBaun!
