There should be something we could do to lock this guy up. He installed my roof and used painters to do the installation. I have many different pitches on my roof so there’s plenty of areas that are incomplete, ridge vents not put in, gutters and soffits are rotting out because the roof was not installed correctly . My homeowners insurance canceled my policy because of the condition of the roof. I have two leaks in my home. I had 6 roofers come by and NO ONE wants to clean up the mess. His workers disappeared because he never paid them after I paid him. I’ve been trying to locate this guy and out a lien on his house to fix my roof . Scam artist - this guy should be locked up for fraud. Installed my roof incorrectly and now have a leak with over $10,000 of damage. Shawn Roberts will no longer take my phone calls or help with fixing the problem his guys caused. Currently looking at suing him but this guy is a professional scam artist. He has several company names so beware!

Mr. Roberts came to our door to comment that our shingles were recalled (Atlas Chalet) and that they needed to be replaced according to a class action lawsuit. In addition, due to storm damage, the cost of our roof and inside repairs would be covered by insurance. We had our insurance company inspect the roof, filed a claim and contracted Mr. Roberts and Southern Regional Roofing to replace our roof and do the repairs. A deposit was paid and we quickly had shingles and a dumpster delivered, then the front facing portion of the roof was completed (half of the roof). At that point our mortgage company needed to inspect our roof to release the second payment of 3. It was inspected, and the payment was made. With half of a roof and no interior repairs made, we NEVER SAW Mr. Roberts again. It has been over 2 years now, and we have tried and tried again to get him to finish the job or deliver the materials that were paid for so we can have more than half of a roof. He collected almost $10,000 on at $13,0000 job that was less than half finished.

After shaun knocked on my door( he was a neighbor) after the tree hit our house he worked with the insurance company to get the settlement. Then we hired him and the shingles were delivered and 3 days later they we scheduled to start the job. But on the second days I came home from work to see the contractors removing a pallet of shingles. Shaun said not to worry he would replace them and we would not run out. Guess what, we came up short on shingles and he now says we owe him 1200.00 extra for shingles.........

I made the unfortunate decision of hiring Shawn Roberts to install my roof. The guys he subcontracted to install my roof were not roofers, they were painters and repeatedly complained to me that he hadn't paid them for prior jobs as well as my job. Long story short...he left my roof incomplete and as a result I'm getting huge water stains on my ceiling in all areas of my home. He does not return my emails, texts and phone calls. I'm going to SUE him if it takes every penny I have. HE IS THE WORST ROOFER ON THE PLANET. His license should be taken away for performing his services this way and taking advantage of people.

I would not use them again.
The roof does not leak... yet.
Within a couple of weeks shingles started to peel. I asked them to come back out and fix it.
I got the run around and now I am considering suing them because they will not take calls or answer e-mails.
Shaun is a fast talker and very likable. I would not do business with them again because I there is NO after the install support.
