Very professional. Always came on time which is important to us. Did what they said they would do as they said they would do it. No surprises. Went above and beyond from start to finish. Kept our wants and needs at the top of his priority list threw out the entire project. We won't hire anyone else to work on our home. There's not much they can't do.

I hired Them for a new roof. Signed a contract and put down a deposit. Joe Sztowsky, the owner, took the entire deposit of $4k and did not start the job. After weeks of excuses and delays he stopped returning calls and left town. Eventually, after tracking him down, he made multiple promises to repay the full amount. A year later he still has not paid the deposit back and no work was done. Do NOT hire Southern Remodels or Joe Sztowski to do any work! He is a theif!
