WoW, where do I start. They were hired to install a solar system on our skoolie conversion, which they said sure we do those. First the components we ordered from them showed up five weeks late. Second, Jenn who showed up to do the install was unfamiliar with how to install, which type of wire needed for the panels and how to program the charge controller. Next a one and a half day job sold to use by Trevor took five, split over three weeks. So we have black wire( hot) connected to white wire (neutral) , frayed wire hanging out of bad wire crimps and a charge controller not programmed correctly. I wish I could post pics, just sad work, then charged twice as much as the quote.

They busted a water pipe when they were installing the electrical wiring to the transformer. They charged me for the repairs and added 10% for themselves. When I complained, they said they would not turn on my solar until I paid my bill. I got a verbal quote from Jen on a backup generator, but she didn't tell me that it did not include installation. I had found it cheaper online so she overcharged me for the generator as well. The job that they told me may take several months due to parts coming from overseas, took six months after the parts arrived.
