We have tried for two weeks to get in touch with him he was supposed to install motorized shades the end of January I cannot get a hold of him his voicemail is full he won’t return my calls or emails we’ve given him a $6000 deposit and don’t know where we stand with him
Does anyone know if he’s going out of business? -

Mike is a very nice guy! It is very difficult to say anything negative about him. However, he'll promise, and promise, and promise to repair and replace a motor with a remote to open and shut a patio screen. In our situation he removed the manual assembly so that he could acquire the proper remote assembly almost three years ago, and since then all he has done is promise, and promise, and promise to install the mechanism we decided on! I would hate to imagine the situation should a category four hurricane destroy or damage the screens he installed! How many years would it take to make repairs! He's got bigger fish to fry!

We had home/storm security screens installed by Mike C. and his crew at Southern Storm and Security, Inc. back in 2013. Beverly, our sales lady was fantastic and walked us through the entire process. We are still in love with our screens today and wouldn’t trade them for anything. I highly recommend this company.

I had a combination of Crimsafe Screens, Roll Down Door, and Storm Panels installed by Mike Chicelli with Southern Storm and Security in 2018. Mike was professional, respectful, meticulous, and very knowledgeable. I have referred Southern Storm and Security to several neighbors and friends who have contracted Mike Chicelli. I also contracted Mike to install Hurricane rated garage doors in February of this year. Thank you Mike for a job well done!

I have purchased screens from Mike twice, on the home I sold in 6/2018 and now at my new home in 7/2018. Both houses are over 100 years old and had to have extra time spent on the installation in which Mike made sure of. The screens are for security, hurricane protection and energy reduction. They are beautiful and well made. Customer service with Mike & Beverly Phillips is excellent. My buying twice says a lot about Mike and the product, they are worth the investment. I love feeling this secure in my home, it’s priceless.
My home insurance is with State Farm. I had a home inspection to see if I could get a discount for having these screens and I did. The inspector took pictures, I gave him a copy of the invoice, he went online to read about Crimsafe and I got a discount of $769.00 off my policy.

It was not good, for the fact that he did not measured one window properly and it's defective. I told him that I want a brand new shutter, because I paid for a new shutter, not for a defective one.
He wants to come and repair his mistake, but it will never be the same brand new shutter that I paid for. Now, instead of coming and replace it, he's doing other jobs leaving this one to be properly finished.
