    Southern Style Homes customized our floor plan to our needs and lifestyle without charging the usual fees of a typical builder. This is my third brand new home over the past 25 years and this one nailed all our wants and desires. From slab to completion took 3 months. No shortcuts were taken and the quality was not compromised. Our new home is by far the best built of all three. Sallee and Jimmy oversaw each step and provided ideas that improved upon our wishes along the way. We highly recommend them to you for any building project you may have. Thank you Southern Style homes; you're recommended to all.

    They built a $425,000 seasonal home for us in Punta Gorda Isles and although most of the construction took place while we were living in our Minnesota home, it was a great experience. Jimmy and Sallee were always one step ahead of us and we would highly recommend them!

    I LOVE MY HOME! If you know someone looking to build or buy, Southern Style Homes is building my new home . Jimmy is on top of everything. The stages of the build were like watching domino's fall. So smooth and and well planned. He is truly an honest hardworking man, that takes great pride in his work and the satisfaction of his clients to a new level. The quality, workmanship and his management of all phases of the build, gets an A+++! No, I am not a salesman, just a very happy and ecstatic client! I am very close to the move in date. I love the fact that the companies that provided each phase of the build are people I went to school with or, their children. The pride is there in their workmanship as well as, their responsibility to complete their phase in a timely manner, on schedule, and the attention paid to detail to ensure, the job was done correctly (psst....the first time).
