    New home

    Inferior quality all the way. Poor workmanship. Jacked up sub prices by over 40%. Lost bud GC license and didn’t pay all his subs on my job. I fired him.

    Poor skills, did not complete job, will not return calls

    You do not want this man or his crew in your home. They started work in July. Ordered a door/frame that were too small. Put it in crooked and tried to tell us it was plumb with the house instead of the wall. Ruined new hardwoods by sanding groves into the wood as they worked. Dripped stain on our carpet. Did not match the stain and floors still feel rough. Crew was paid to chip out concrete pad in front porch and repour to slope away from the house. They only layered new concrete on top and water still collects on porch. The front door and frame were never painted. They did not cover anything downstairs, so our home was layered in sawdust. I have asthma and had asked them to please cover everything well. I spent days cleaning up their mess. After having a meeting with Mark in August , he promised to make everything right. He had already been paid very well. It has been three months and he will not return our calls or emails. This has been a nightmare. He owns Southland Custom Builders and Carolina Solutions ERS.

    HORRIBLE unprofessional experience by company owner MARK REVELS. I am a senior citizen & was taken advantage of. Mr. Revels solicited his business by driving around my community he gave references that I check only to later found out they were his family members! Poor workmanship, poor painting (extremely sloppy, drips, left a huge mess) over ordered material at the client's expense, Mr. Revels dropped off an inexperienced crew that was a nightmare. I had to ask them to leave my home after months of not putting in a full day's work and leaving my home a mess. You have been warned!
