I have had nothing but problems with this company. They wanted to come out to do our annual inspection, but I was out with an injury and asked that they wait until I return . My workers are not in a position to approve expenditures and have no idea what needs to be done . Our landlord offered to meet them at the location which was fine . However , the technicians showed up hours early and convinced my workers to let them in . Not sure if they ever completed the inspection because they refused to give me a copy of it, but my worker called me and told me that they wanted to replace one of the fire extinguishers. I didn’t even know who was there because as far as I knew they were only coming with the landlord, and I made it crystal clear that they were only to come with myself or the landlord present. She called to get a few minutes later and said they wanted to replace another extinguisher and I told him to leave and come back when I could be there. A couple of weeks later they sent a bill for two fire extinguishers, one of which I did not approve and the inspection. They seem very bothered that I asked which spire extinguishers they replaced because he refused at first to tell my office manager which ones they were. I took a phone call for me to actually find out. Krystal was very rude and condescending and arrogantly insisted that going forward we should communicate only by email and continued to lie to me again and again until I demanded to speak with the owner ,Jason Holmes . Jason was equally arrogant and insisted on doubling down on the lies . It’s clear he doesn’t want me as a customer because he made it a point to say that every time they talk to me there’s an argument. Well, there wouldn’t be an argument if they would do what they are supposed to do. Period. End of story. However, he doesn’t want me as a customer but he wants to stick me with the remainder of a two-year contract “monitoring” contract . He must really need that $57 a month. I hope it’s worth it.
