    Kitchen remodel

    The absolute worst kitchen remodeling job I’ve ever seen. When they try to sell you garbage, RUN!!!
    I’m glad they did not finish my job, I did all I could to get rid of them.
    My kitchen looks like crap!

    As a previous reviewer said very fast talking and smooth operator. Usually I am very savvy but I'm sitting here now wondering what the heck was wrong with me. He came to us during the time all those home improvement programs were going around I.e Hero program. Our work started at the end of February 2016. They replaced some of the planks in our fence,stabilized it and painted it with some paint you never have to paint again and deters termites. They replaced the damaged wood and painted the eaves and the front door with again paint we never will have to paint again. They powered washed the house. And last they had the the house treated with orange oil for termites. A few months later I saw termites but I didn't know what they were until I saw them again this year and found out they were swarming termites mating. I'm embarrassed to say we were out of over 13,000.00 dollars. Like I said I don't usually fall for stuff. And I did have concerns and ask a lot of questions. He had a way of making it seem like it all made sense. If they have any legitimacy the termite treatment should have a warranty. My husband is going to contact them and see how that goes. If they give us the run around I'm going to report them to the BBB. Be careful with their contracts too because it will look like a lot is being done when it really is just everything broke down individually. This is an exaggerated example but it shows what I mean. 1. Haul Rubbish
    2.Sweep up trash 3. Put trash in container. 4. Clean up area. Now you have 4 lines on the contract of things being done that all fell under Clean up and haul away trash.

    Shady business practices. Sales Rep/Project Manager tried to hard sell us a new roof offering one discount after another, after another. We requested references and a few days to consider his offer. We refused to sign anything. Two days later a demolition showed up and were about to begin demolition of our roof. Fortunately we were home to stop them. When we called to find out what was going on he told us he thought we wanted to want two before beginning.....really??? With no signed contact, no written estimate, no call back?????? BEWARE
