What a joke this place is!!! Took in a VW chassis to be sand blasted and powder coated. We were told that process would be a week. Ok, 1 week later they haven't looked at it. Haven't started it, so obviously haven't finished it. We went in on the 6th day of it being there to check on the status to find nothing had been done. Explained that I was a truck driver and would be going back out on the road on Sunday. I was told at that time it would be ready on Friday. That would be the 8th day. Went in to get my item to find that no, it again wasn't looked at, started or finished. Calling? We tried. Don't bother because the bimbo in the office doesn't have the courtesy or the common sense to answer the phone. A business phone. We received NO communication from anyone at the business, and I use that word lightly. They are the rudest most unprofessional people I have had to deal with in an extremely long time. I suggest strongly taking your business elsewhere if you want it done in a timely manner and want to avoid the headache of having to deal with pure unprofessionalism .
