Southwestern Custom Construction is my go to contractor now because of the personal experience they create. In my position it's imperative to constantly seek feedback for my own company Builders United, and every vendor we choose to keep relationships with. Being that they specialize in home remodeling and have the 24/7 handyman service dept, it's extremely easy to always rely on them. We recently had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled by Southwestern Custom Construction. I was very happy with the quality of the work as my husband is very picky. I was also very impressed by their communication. Whenever, I had a concern their construction manager answered my questions right away. I would definitely recommend them.

If you are looking for a construction company that is very customer focused, professional, timely, and takes great pride in their work, look no further. Southwestern Custom Construction does it all. Kitchens, bathrooms, tiling, painting, plumbing, electric You name it, they can handle it. Rates are fair, the work is done timely, and the entire team is an absolute pleasure to work with. My wife Renee and I recently finished a major renovation on our home in Boulder City. What started as a minor "refreshing" turned into a larger "remodel" with the help and guidance of Steve Rudd and Construction Manager Brad Schaeffer. They provided alternatives to our needs and gave us great suggestions as we worked within a budget. Our home was soon transformed and the results exceeded our expectations. We most appreciated their patience and flexibility throughout the process as we frequently had new ideas. Much of this was due to our confidence as we saw the quality of the work we were receiving. Having a direct point of contact at all times with Brad was really comforting and we always felt that we were really getting personal attention. Foreman Kevin Broadhead was impeccable with his work and attention to detail. The job site was cleaned up daily and we were truly amazed with the pride and personal attention we received. In fact, we have called this company back to our home for other repair needs. They do it all and they do it right!. It has now been 4 months since completion of our home remodel. We are still delighted with the work and happily share our experience with others. Highly recommended.
