My experience with Southwood Homes was wonderful. Being form California I am used to dealing with big companies and just being another number. With Southwood Homes I felt that they cared about my home and that it was just as important to them that I have a place to call home as it was to me. This is not an experience I am used to, and not one I have received with other larger companies in the area. They are both professional and personal which is comforting when building a home in a new state.

Southwood Homes is a professional team of people and by far meet or exceed anyone's expectations. Any minor flaws or problems are handled very quickly and satisfactory overall.

Wow! Some friends of ours just had a new home built by Southwood Homes, and the only thing I don’t like about it is the fact that it has my wife wanting a new home! You can clearly see that Southwood takes great pride in the homes they build, and before you even open the front door. The floor plan is very well thought out, the materials and all of the components (like the furnaces – yes, there are two, water heater, plumbing fixtures, garage door opener…) are top-notch! I’m definitely impressed! Quality, function, livability, and value too. When we do have a home built, we will certainly be calling Southwood!

I partnered with Southwood Homes to build a home in S Meridian. It is almost complete and is absolutely gorgeous. The lot we purchased had a side easement and the Southwood team had a 3000+sq ft home plan that worked on the lot. The home is stunning. Tons of detail and thought has gone in to creating this home. The communication has been amazing, including regular emails with photos of the progress. Hardwood floors, 10' ceilings, tile from floor to ceiling around the fireplace. I love the huge windows upstairs with views of Bogus! My favorite option that Southwood included is the huge covered back patio and the covered, tiled balcony. If you are looking to partner with a building team that produces an amazing product and pays attention to the details...I highly recommend the team at Southwood Homes!! Thank you team!!

SouthWood Homes has built 8 Spec. homes fr me over the last 7 years, as well as my personal residence. I have only had a positive experience with them...to say the very least. Their Value Driven approach from initial design thru occupancy is Far Superior to others I have dealt with previously in the Treasure Valley. Very Professional, Extremely Transparent, and the Quality of Product vs. Expense is the BEST I have ever experienced...on an Investment or Personal level...HANDS DOWN!!! I would absolutely recommend them 110% to anyone looking for Building Contractor for their Investment Purposes, and even more for their Personal Residence Build.

Southwood Homes LLC was formerly known as Pedersen Signature Homes and was sued for fraud and negligence. Pedersen Signature Homes lost this lawsuit and instead of paying attorneys fees and damages of over $80,000 they just closed shop and started Southwood Homes. This is not an honorable company and should be avoided.

If you would read real reviews from actual clients of Southwood Homes, you will see that Southwood Homes is an incredibly reputable company that places the needs of their clients first. Always. This is a core value of our company that is ingrained within our past, present, and future business operations and client relations. Not only what you're doing is wrong, but could from a legal standpoint, be considered against the law. Fake reviews are a violation of the terms of service of all business review sites.
