Reading previous review, and at this point we are hoping to be lucky enough to have our home completed within one year. We signed contract in February 2022 with anticipated completion by end of August 2022, and as of 8/3/2022 we have had absolutely ZERO work done, and it has been a struggle over past several months just to try and get an approximate START DATE, with only excuses provided, but the theme of cash flow issues has surfaced from many sources, and it is the only thing that makes sense. Very, very disappointed with Southwyck.

They must have cash flow issues because it took a year to build my home; and it was not all supply chain issues. I’ve been in my new home for 4 months and they still have not completed the extra cabinets and builtins that were part of the contract. The cabinet supplier they were using said the builder wasn’t paying them on time and have refused to supply any more cabinets until they have been paid in full. Use caution if you are thinking of purchasing a Southwyck Home!

My home in Artisan at Victory took much longer than original estimate. But did get mostly completed home in 14 months.. There are still some unfinished items in the house, but generally very happy with actual house. The big issue is the number of unfinished homes in the development and the lack of activity. They obviously are having cash flow issues. As a resident I want to see this community finished and the HOA no longer under the control of Southwyck.
