    We were moving into Casa Costa with absolutely no furniture, and had to make major design decisions from our NYC home. Spacio made it extremely easy so that our upgrades were completed before we moved in. The paint and floors were beautiful, and the condo was spotless upon completion of all the construction! The care and customer service taken made us feel like your team cared as much about our new condo as we did! The Spacio staff was extremely helpful in providing paint and flooring suggestions, and media and mirror placements. They coordinated all staff in and out of the condo and even came to meet the cable installation company to make sure every installation was seamless.
    We loved the condo from the moment we saw it, with its terraces and views of the Intracoastal Waterway and Ocean. We knew though that we wanted a more modern laminate floor look and some color on the walls to warm up the room. Spacio took great care to listen to the look we wanted as well as advise with suggestions and best practices. The unit looks even better than we could have ever imagined once Spacio Design Build was finished!!! I would recommend anyone to work with Spacio for upgrades to their condo. They were upfront on costs, helpful, efficient and had terrific follow through. If you're not a "do-it-yourselfer", which I sadly am not, Spacio is a terrific company to work with. They catered to our needs and we were never left confused. They were also timely and professional and happy to coordinate work in our absence. And once the work was completed they cleaned!! That's a new one for me-what a pleasant surprise!     Living the majority of the time in a different state, it was a pleasure not having to find and manage the contractors necessary to complete my project. Caitlin was working on my behalf at all times. I was informed through emails, phone conversations and photos every step of the way. Spacio was open to my ideas and willing to find ways to accomplish them. If I had an idea that was not practical, together we were able to resolve the design issues. I have experienced working on a long distance project that became very frustrating. As soon as I was out of sight, so were all of the contractors. The project dragged on far too long and cost me time and money to travel from Ohio to Florida.     SPACiO Design Build offered me a delightful "Pre-Close" Upgrade experience! They delivered me a beautiful tile floor, painted walls, baseboard, blinds, and a mosaic backsplash prior to closing on my unit at CASA COSTA. Their quick delivery made it easy for me to schedule my move in and have a stress free, turn-key experience. They handled every aspect of the process from ordering the materials, to reserving the elevators, to scheduling the contractors, as well as making sure all guidelines were met properly within the association which made me 100% at ease. They were extremely efficient about staying in contact with me if anything needed my attention during the renovation process and finished work prior to the estimated deadline. If I had to do the work myself and find local contractors in the area, it would have taken weeks upon weeks and been a headache the entire time. Hiring Spacio to do the job was well worth every penny spent!! Everyone loves my unit and many have resembled the flooring, blinds and paint color the SPACiO Design Team recommended for their own units at CASA COSTA.     We are very glad that we decided to use the services of Spacio Design Build in the transformation of our condo unit at Casa Costa. We are from the San Francisco bay area and were not at all familiar with the area here when we purchased our unit. We decided to use Spacio DB because using an in-house design company would greatly facilitate the decision making process and moreover, expedite the ordering process as well as scheduling the work on our condo. Knowing that we were on a time constraint with the movers, Spacio DB really helped with the scheduling of contractors/workers so the flooring, blinds, custom closets and painting would be completed as soon as possible.
    We tried to save some money by using an outside contractor through Home Depot but they were very poor in communicating with us and as a result we had a horrendous experience with our carpet installation. Because of this bad experience we were convinced that we should stay with Spacio DB for all the rest of our condo work.
    Caitlin has been such an excellent design consultant to work with. She is very knowledgeable and detail oriented in her work and has been so helpful in this process from the very beginning. She has been a joy to work with and I recommend her and the Spacio DB team to anyone considering their services for Casa Costa!! She is excellent in supervising and making sure the work is done on time and is always great about communicating with the client. Caitlin knew that we were totally new to the area and she was very helpful with recommending places to look for home design and furnishings.
    We have been living here at Casa Costa for over two months now and while most of the major design needs have been taken care of, we will continue to use Spacio DB in the future. I will say that Spacio DB does charge a premium price for their services but they stand behind the work and in the end, it is worth the peace of mind knowing they will do a great job.

    "I gave Spacio Design Build just TWO weeks to do a complete upgrade of my unit and they completed it on-time to the highest quality without any headaches, stress or complications! They handled the entire upgrade of my unit- from the design portion- to the contractor scheduling- to elevator reservations- to making sure all management guidelines were met precisely--- it was amazing how smooth the process went! They had clear communication with me the entire time which really helped me feel at ease, as doing any remodeling can become extremely stressful.     "Being from Canada, I had only a few days to decide what the design of my new condominium here at Casa Costa would look like. It took about an hour for me and the Spacio Design Team to visit my unit, take pictures, receive their professional recommendations, and a proposal from them on site. After the major decisions were made and I went back to Canada- the Spacio team got right to work the day after! Even though I was not in Florida during the time of renovation Spacio remotely provided me with sufficient communication on different details that would further complete my unit to be turn-key ready as soon as I closed. One month after, I came into the unit with only a few details left to be finalized. Again, I only had a few days to finalize everything and the Spacio team was available upon request promptly every time I needed them. Overall it was a very pleasant experience with them the entire time. A special thumbs up to a great design team!"
