And we have a full showroom in Berwick for Siding, Decking, Railing, and other samples, too.

As of May 2022 we have added a new design division to our services, FPS Development. With our own Architectural Designer that can take your project from concept to building the project of your dreams. Additional services Construction Permits. We will help you through the process of get your permits: Variance, Zoning, Driveway, Storm Water Management, Build/ Construction, etc.

Please before just hiring a Contractor based off Pricing. Double check their PA# through the PA Attorney General Website and ask them for updated proof of insurances. IF they have a crew that is going to be on your property make sure they have workmen's comp insurance. You don't want someone working on your property getting hurt who is not covered that can and may come back on your homeowners insurance today. This is just a heads up as a licensed contract since COVID has hit. I have seen new contractors pooping up all over. But many do not cover proper insurance's and never got licensed to legally be in business. Therefore, it's hard to go back after them for miss ups and they don't pay taxes as we true licensed companies do. So that makes it real hard to compete with their rates.

    sister up rafter tails, replace fascia wrapped w/ aluminum and replace soffit

    I have been very discouraged trying to find contractors to work on my old family homestead in NE. PA. I hired one contractor who ripped me off--took my money and provided no services so I have been cautiously optimistic; at least till buildzoom referred Spaid's contractors ( B&S contractors ). Frank Spaid came out and assessed the damage, provided a detailed estimate and completed the work. The price was reasonable and the craftsmanship impeccable. I would highly recommend Spaid's Contracting.
