Worst company I ever dealt with. Had roof put on 3 years ago. Call over a year ago to report roof leaking in the same area that it was before they put the new roof on. I left a message on their answering machine never to get a call back. Once again I called on November 16th talk to Jessica told her of the problem she stated they would get back with me to schedule a time to come out to take a look. Once again they want to be ignorant and not return the call or schedule a time to come out. I guess they want to have a breach of contract and see me in small claims court because right after I leave this message I'll be contacting my attorney to get a a reimbursement because I have to hire somebody else to fix and repair their ignorant mistake for $2,000 .see you in court Mike.

I had used them before so it was a decent quote, not the cheapest.
When they removed the roof they told me that the gap between the the 10' x 1"sheathing" boards were set too wide and said it would cost me an extra ... I believe it was $3000 to cover. I was shocked especially because it looked fine to me so I asked a couple of neighbors their experiences who have the same roof, not a problem. I called the distributor of the shingles and they didn't want to answer either way so...I called and emailed photos to the manufacturer of the shingles. I don't remember the exact response but it wasn't a problem if it was a wider gap, they could feel the nail go into a gap and move the nail gun over but it was normal.
Finally called the company a day later and argued with the owner. He was not willing to budge on the necessity (I hadn't told him that I had contacted the shingle mfg yet). He argued for an hour and finally said he wouldn't make a profit but do it for $1500. A big part of the argument was that they would not offer their warrantee if I didn't buy it. This was a part of the disagreement from the beginning. I finally read the email from the shingle mfg and he finally said he would do it. I made them give me that (warranty) in writing before any more work was done.
I feel for older consumers, along with many others, who would choose this company. They were good at scaring me and I was lucky to have good neighbors but mostly heads up enough to contact the shingle mfg.
Sorry, they are liars.
Also, they used OSB (oriented strand board) and at the time was not up to Miami Dade code for roof sheathing. Of course, they told me 'everyone uses it now, it's better'. Of course all this was happening with no roof so I had to worry about afternoon showers.
