My husband and I love supporting our community, mainly family-owned businesses. Just as Sparky’s plumbing (David & Elizabeth Larmore), We have been loyal customers since 2016. David came on to service our tankless water. A week after the services, the tank made a noise. So-called David to let him know about the noise. And he rescheduled me three times due to his busy schedule and mentioned that he had to order a part for the relief valve. After I reached out to him for the 4th time, he told me to call someone else to fix it cause he was too busy. That was the worst customer service experience of my life. I called his wife, the owner Elizabeth Carol Larmore and mentioned what had happened and that we had to pay $475 on top of the $475 that we paid David to fix the broken valve that he had failed to do. Elizabeth, not giving the matter a high priority to customer satisfaction, came off with no customer service and was very harsh and unethical with us. We will never use them again.
