Spartan Homes Services completed re-roofing my house after removing (and then reinstalling) my solar. There was a lot of dry rot that had to be removed as well, which I was aware of before they inspected the property. Every employee was professional and curious. Both Robert Thurgood, the Roofing Supervisor, and Steve Follett, the Consultant, quickly addressed every one of my questions. The work was fantastic! Spartan also installed some much-needed skylights over my south facing patio which I love every day! Amy Lopez at the office was also very efficient and friendly as well.
