I cannot overstate how extremely happy my wife and I are with the custom house SCG built for us in downtown Fernandina Beach! They poured the foundation in October 2022, and we moved into the house in April 2023-just 6 months! Stephanie Spatola, the CEO of SCG, hired the most professional, most reliable subcontractors available, and, along with the oversight of SCG's building manager, Al, made sure all the work was done with meticulous attention to detail. She did a fantastic job of ordering materials for the build, scheduling their delivery, and scheduling the subs, such that there was almost no downtime at all during the build. Stephanie was also exceptionally helpful in assisting us with choosing fixtures, tiles, paint colors, floors, and more. Our house was expertly, professionally, and beautifully painted, indoors and out, but ACE Painting, which is headed by Steve Spatola, Stephanie's husband, and also an owner of SCG. In addition to all the aforementioned expertise and professionalism, I also can't overstate how personable, patient, kind, tenacious, responsive, and fun the Spatolas and Al were for us. We highly, highly recommend SCG!!!
