Rate this contractor....zero....but the site made me at least select 1 star...
Lazaro is a great salesman, and probably means well but doesn't keep his word, blames building delays on everything under the sun except for himself. Don't waste your time, trust me. If I only knew then what I know and have experienced now, I would have went with a different builder.

Honest Builder, very transparent, and a great person. Wish all builders were as honest as Lazaro. He worked with us to modify our house plan while making sure we worked well within our budget. He educated us from the beginning that sometimes construction does have delays beyond anyone's control, but was able to deliver the home within the timeframe he promised. Would recommend him to family and friends.
