I started a contract with gabe morales(spd group) to build me a inground gunite pool. He showed several pictures of pool he said he had don't, got plans drawn up agreed on everything, and signed the contract. Got digging equipment out the next day, got excavation done, gave him a $ draw, got plumbing don't the. Rebar done gave him another draw or 2. At this point thing seemed good. Talk to him he said he need more money to pay concrete, finishers ect so gave him another draw, now after 5 months I'm still setting here with a $19000 hole with nothing in it and he won't take my call. He is a fraud and after doing a lot of digging I found arest photos for fraud. This man is a piece of trash. My wife came down with cancer a couple weeks after we started pool and this man still has the nerve to do this to us. That is one piece of trash. I don't know if it's worth it but I'm getting a lawyer and he will see me in court. He is the type of person you wouldn't spit on if he was on fire.
