    Replace tile & subfloor in the kitchen, new foyer & 3

    I gave Mr. Oliver a $1,250.00 deposit on a job he was suppose to start the following week. He said a number of personal problems arose and put the job off. In the mean time problems with my dog happened and the vet bills depleted my savings. Mr Oliver said that I could pay the balance over a few months - great - except that he cancelled twice on me then showed on a Wednesday to rip up the floor & subfloor and said he would not be back for 2 days, which would mean 4 days including the weekend. I told him to just forget the whole job & refund my deposit. He agreed but I am still waiting for my refund. Almost 2 months. Today I filed papers with the NJ Attorney Generals office, div. of consumer affairs.
